This may include significant life events such as illness (own or someone else), living conditions, work/mahi, home, whānau, study, finances, or lack of some necessity. Stress can also be caused by internal events, such as thoughts or memories.
Positive events can also be stressful and may include holidays, moving home, starting a job, pregnancy or parenthood.
