This section outlines information relevant to those providing reflective practice to mātau ā-wheako CPSLE workers. Anyone providing reflective sessions to others should be suitably experienced, trained, and skilled. For the mātau ā-wheako CPSLE workforce, there are no specific prescriptive requirements to be a reflective practitioner. For peer support workers who are endorsed by dapaanz, there may be a requirement for dapaanz accredited supervisors. Many reflective practitioners will complete supervision training to prepare themselves
