National Manager Multi-Disciplinary Team

Our Organisation operates across multiple locations, Greater Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Manawatu, Whanganui and Hawkes Bay. The National Manager of Multi-Disciplinary Team is a critical leadership role providing clinical leadership, direction and expertise to MASH Operations.

This role is part of our Senior Leadership Team and will specifically address compliance with Clinical and Professional Standards and provide advanced clinical input into organisational and service initiatives. Mentoring the clinical team and ensuring appropriate supervision is provided for staff is vital for this role.


Based in Palmerston North and reporting to the Executive Director of Programmes this role is full time permanent working 80 hours per fortnight.


About you:

  • have knowledge and experience working within the NZ Health Sector for a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position
  • have relevant tertiary qualifications in a clinical discipline
  • be an excellent leader and have team management abilities, with the capability to lead, motivate and build commitment
  • can provide credible day-to-day advice to clinical staff and managers
  • be a visionary strategic thinker who is also innovative
  • experience of Board-level presentation and reporting
